By participating in our programs, registering through our platform, or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Registration & Payment: All registration fees must be paid in full by the deadlines listed on our website or registration forms. Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received and any required forms have been submitted. Late registration may result in additional fees or limited placement options. Fremont Rush Soccer Club reserves the right to deny or revoke registration if policies are not followed or if a participant fails to meet eligibility requirements.
2. Refunds: Refund policies are outlined at the time of registration. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or approved by club leadership. Full or partial refunds may be issued due to documented medical reasons, relocation, or program cancellation by the club. Administrative fees may apply. No refunds will be granted once the season has started, uniforms have been ordered, or if a player is removed due to disciplinary action.

Communication: By registering, you consent to receiving important information and updates from Fremont Rush Soccer via email, text messages, or other communication channels deemed appropriate by the club. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
5. Private Policy: We collect only the information necessary to manage club operations, communicate with families, and support league registration, fundraising, and promotion. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes, and all data is stored securely. Members may receive text messages related to club activities, and can opt out at any time. Photography and Media Release: You grant Fremont Rush Soccer permission to capture and use photographs, videos, and other media content that may feature you or your child during club-related activities. This content may be utilized for promotional, educational, or informational purposes on the club's website, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
7. Liability Waiver: While Fremont Rush Soccer takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants, you understand and accept that there are inherent risks associated with playing soccer. By registering, you release Fremont Rush Soccer, its coaches, volunteers, and affiliated entities from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during club activities.
8. Modifications: Fremont Rush Soccer Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in our programs or use of our website constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
