Our mission at Fremont Rush Soccer Foundation is to provide educational programs to young persons and adults that promote character development, instill values, and foster a healthy lifestyle. We believe that the game of soccer can play a crucial role in achieving these goals, and our aim is to increase access to and participation in the sport within our community.

In pursuit of these objectives, we are committed to operating exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We strive to carry out our activities in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and we are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

How Do We Work?

At Fremont Rush Soccer Foundation, we are committed to promoting soccer as a means to build character, instill values, and promote a healthy lifestyle. To achieve this goal, we offer a range of services to individuals and families in our community. These services include:

Youth Soccer Programs: We offer a variety of soccer programs for children of all ages and skill levels, from introductory clinics to competitive travel teams.

Coaching Clinics: Our coaching clinics are designed to provide coaches with the tools and resources they need to help young athletes reach their full potential.

Community Outreach Programs: Our outreach programs provide reduced-cost soccer programs to individuals and families who may not otherwise have access to them, including low-income families.

Scholarship Programs: We offer a range of scholarships to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate in our programs, regardless of their financial circumstances. Our scholarship recipients have gone on to play college soccer at some of the top universities in the country.

We are committed to making soccer accessible to everyone in our community, and we believe that these services are just some of the ways we can help individuals and families achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

This Corporation has been formed under the California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for the purposes stated in the Articles of Incorporation. The purpose of this Corporation shall be to provide educational programs to young persons and adults which build character, instill values, and promote a healthy lifestyle by increasing access to and participation in the game of soccer and to carry on other charitable and educational activities associated with this goal as allowed by law. Also, in the context of these purposes, the Corporation shall be organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) or the corresponding provisions of any future United States internal revenue law.

Section 2. General Purposes. The general purposes and powers of this Corporation are the following:

(a) to receive, hold, and disburse gifts, bequests, devises, and other funds to advance the purpose and objectives of this Corporation;

(b) to own and maintain or to lease suitable real or personal property which is deemed necessary for the purpose and objectives of this Corporation; and

(c) to enter into, make, and perform, and carry out contracts of every kind for any lawful purpose, without limit as to amount.
