At Fremont Rush, we believe that the foundation of a player's development starts at the grassroots level. Our Grassroots program is designed to introduce young players to the sport of soccer and develop their skills in a less intensive environment compared to Recreational Soccer. It is a program that focuses on building the foundation of the sport for players who are just starting to play soccer or have limited experience. The program is designed for players between the ages of 4-14 and is geared toward developing their technical and tactical skills. A new grassroots program commences on the first Saturday of every month and is offered in four-week cycles. Our experienced coaches use age-appropriate training methods and games to teach young players the fundamentals of soccer while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play.

Upon completing our Grassroots program, players will have gained a solid foundation in soccer and will be well-prepared to transition to our Recreational program. Families who desire a more structured program may opt to enroll directly in one of our Recreational programs, as this offering is still geared toward beginner-level players. Our Recreational program provides a dedicated team environment, with two training sessions per week and 4-6 weekend playdates, over the course of 8-10 weeks. This program is ideal for those new to the sport or who simply wish to play without a year-round commitment, and is primarily focused on developing a love for the game. Participants will have the opportunity to play in a Fremont Rush uniform, experience game environments, and have fun while doing so. Join us this spring for sessions twice a week, culminating in weekend games, all with the emphasis on fostering enjoyment of the sport.

Fremont Rush offers a highly competitive soccer program for players seeking to elevate their game to the next level. Our competitive teams participate in leagues and tournaments throughout Northern California, with a focus on player development and potential for future success at the highest levels of soccer. Selection for our competitive teams is based on a tryout process, as soccer is a team sport that requires a high level of commitment, skill, and chemistry. Our competitive program operates for 10-12 months each year, incorporating outdoor league play, tournament play, and additional training opportunities as determined by our experienced coaches and directors. Players can expect a rigorous training schedule of at least two practices per week, with some teams training up to three times per week for 1.5-2 hours each session. Our competitive program is designed for players who are seeking a challenging soccer environment and who have set personal goals, such as playing for their high school varsity team, playing at the college level, becoming a professional player, or playing for the National Team. At Fremont Rush, our primary objective is to help each player reach their full potential and achieve their individual goals through a comprehensive and tailored program.

At Fremont Rush, we recognize that playing college soccer is a realistic goal for many of our players. To support our athletes in this pursuit, we offer a dedicated college placement program that provides comprehensive guidance and resources throughout the recruiting process. Our experienced coaches possess a wealth of knowledge and expertise in college recruiting, and they work closely with players and their families to create an individualized recruiting plan that aligns with each player's academic and athletic goals. The College Advisory Program (CAP) is designed to support our families and players by offering a wide range of services, resources, and support to maximize their success. Our full-time regional CAP directors provide crucial year-by-year guidance and assistance to all our players, regardless of their intention to play college soccer or not. We encourage parents and players to engage actively with their coaches and regional CAP directors throughout the process. Our program caters to both athletic and academic focus and offers test preparation help to increase ACT/SAT scores as necessary. At Fremont Rush, we are committed to helping our players reach their full potential, both on and off the field, and our college placement program is a testament to that commitment.

For players who aspire to play professional soccer, Fremont Rush offers a comprehensive training program that focuses on developing the physical, technical, tactical, and mental skills needed to succeed at the highest levels of the game. Our coaches have experience coaching at the professional level and are committed to helping our players achieve their goals. We also have a network of contacts within the professional soccer world, which helps us to provide our players with opportunities to showcase their skills to professional clubs.
